Clemens and Simmons 1998 is a good (and free) resource for system safety educators and occupational health and safety educators teaching advanced students. Most OHS students do not need to go into complex system safety techniques. Click here for the guide (beware of the large file size… about 8 MB I think).

Just ordered this book on risk assessment techniques too:
